This was very far ahead of its time, whether intentional or not. To think she knew she had god tier talent and chose to make this instead of anything remotely accessible speaks volumes about her dedication to making authentic art. Challenging listen, but as others have said, incredibly rewarding. I listen to this when I need a palette cleanse for my ears lol. Prefer her later stuff, but this is a good starting point.

Yeah, kinda why I just don’t feel right rating any of her shit.
Like, she obviously has tremendous talent, but this is clearly not for me and even though I can appreciate it as art I have zero desire to ever listen to it again.

This is probably the most unrateable thing I’ve ever heard. No idea what to think. Feels pointless as hell, but kinda cool at the same time?
I couldn’t really listen to it all though. Got turned on to it by Aaron Turner’s list of the 10 albums that have scared him the most, lol.
