How do certain albums gain the "best new music" title? This only has 27 votes and a 3.7 approval rating, and it gets a best new music tag and Koi No Yoken which has a 4.3 approval rating, over 500 votes, and is much more popular doesn't?

he wasn't complaining, he was asking a question. i'm pretty sure the answer to said question is that the 'best new music' section is based on a staff consensus, not how well it went over with the users.
