I haven't listened to GWAR in fucking years but my buddy played "Horror of Yig" for me the other day when we were talking about Apocalypse Now and I forgot how genuinely good these guys used to be.

yeah i remember when gwar was the first extreme metal band i got into
might get back into them again, their 1990-95 run is excellent. fun music that branches out and has great riffs all round.
