yeah Idk i love death metal and thrash too, but right now i'm really enjoying folk metal for sure.

Death metal is too much for me and I can handle thrash in small doses. This kind of stuff is just right there in the middle for me. I likes. I will have to check out some more Agalloch pretty soon too.

Haha, some death metal is too much for me too but you should check out old in flames if you haven't or insomnium which are both melodic death metal

Melodeath and death metal are hardly the same though

i know i like some death metal like atheist and death not just melodeath ;), but some death metal i haven't been able to get into.

I have listened to some In Flames recently. I don't like their vocalist, but their guitarists are fantastic. I listened to parts of Jester Race and Whoracle. Insomnium sounds familiar, did you review something from them recently?
