It'd be much better definitely, but the vox aren't that bad. At this point I'm just listening to some of their songs for the guitars. The vox are just extra and add to the br00talitay.

Very good death metal album; although vocals are very weak for this deathmetal...music is awesome.

Drums are amazing.
Invisible Control just ripped my face off.

I dogged this album for the vocals when it first came out, but you know, his vocals really aren't that bad. Yeah, we really don't have the deep, guttural thrill of Sauron, but it is still good. Also, I think the songwriting on this album is a step up too, which helps it out.

I liked Sauron so much better cuz Covan just sounds like a hardcore vocalist imo. I loved Vitek, probly my favorite drummer, RIP. But they are makin a comeback for the summer slaughter tour cuz Vogg recruited new everyone... I think a great substitute for Vitek would be the dude from Son of Aurelius cuz he's mad fast, deals with tempo changes a decent amount, and he has somewhat of a similar style drumming. I'm gonna go in July, and I honestly can't wait to see who he picked to do vocals

well imo they just sound stale and like they dont fit the music. Sauron's vocals were so guttural and in ur face, thats what i loved about him cuz he complimented the music very well

I can give you that. Idk I just think they fit because I can make out what he's saying and they're the raw aggression I look for. Granted I also love Lord worm so singing understandably isn't a requirement.

The review made me laugh! Perfect review!

"Winds of Creation" and "Nihility" are violent, impressive slabs of tech death. But unfortunately they never took the next step. This one and "The Negation" are simply good albums in my opinion. Hopefully the band can pick up the pieces from the car accident in Russia and fulfill the promise from their first two albums and release an epic record.

Covan vocals fits music perfectly on this album. I don't see anything wrong with them. It's a shame he had to leave after accident. You might not like new vocalist. Vogg's new choice caused some serious controversy among die hard Decapitated fans in Poland.

Definitely should. Check out this, Nihility and Winds of Creation.

Winds of Creation may have been good, but the band didn't yet have a clear identity on that album. Many listeners would label them DeCopyVader, which pretty much speaks for itself. Decapitated got their identity from going technical, that's why Nihility is their defining point.
