^ Tr00f. Superb setlist, and the energy the band omits, even in their 40s, is absolutely mindblowing.

Good review as well.

Funny to try and watch Bruce do the screams though...he can't really do them anymore.

great detail in the review, very nice job. only thing that keeps this cd from being a 5 in my book is that theres a lot of their new stuff on here, which is good anyway, cause i love everything they have done almost, i just wish there was some more stuff from Killers or Powerslave....

Awesome album. The very first Iron Maiden song I've ever heard was this albums version of Fear of the Dark, and I got hooked like it was a drug! This is my favorite band and this might be my all time favorite live album

In my opinion this is possibly one of the best live CD's around, I love the hell out of it.

What isn't there to like?

(Raises Hand) Did Iron Maiden and Rush Both perform in the same place because Rush in Rio-Rock in Rio. I have the Cd but cannot find the DVD so you know.

Rock in Rio is a festival in Brazil, so it's likely.

This was also not the first time Maiden played in this festival. I'm pretty sure they played here sometime in the mid-80's.

Ok because Rushes show was just part of thier tour. Because they had never been to Brazil.

Well I just looked at Wikipedia and it says that Rush was not part of any Rock in Rio festival, unless I just missed them on the list, but they recorded Rush in Rio in the same city.

Sorry Janick, you are not meant do the 2 Minutes to Midnight intro.

This concert is better in Live after Death in some aspects, and Bruce's versions of Sign of the Cross and The Clansman are interesting enough. Bloody brilliant for a bunch of old guys. I'm thinking about getting this.

how can you tell It's Janick? I'm a massive fan, but for me it's hard to tell the guitarists apart from simply listening

I like the sound of this album, but live after death is just a little more special than this.

Yeah that's true, some people can just do it by ear. I can with Judas Priest with 2 guitarists it's interesting because they have very different styles however Maiden I struggle to tell whos playing what.

Best live album ever. Beats live after death, made in japan and even the flight 666 compilation
