Judging by your user name I'm not surprised at the rating. However, the review seemed to be more of a personal account (I.e. "I liked this, I thought this was amazing, in my personal opinion it is my favourite album"etc.). As for the album, I don't think it's half as bad as people say it is, yet the singles are so much better than anything else on the album.

A 5? Really? This is not a classic. There are very few things in this world that could be considered perfect and/or can stand the test of time and a Linkin Park album is not one of them.
This is for angry kids in high school. That's when I listened to Linkin Park. Even then I thought the lyrics were kind of lame. All the songs tend to be about the same subject matter (at least on the first two albums, never made it past Meteora), "You want me to be like you, but I am not going to" or "insert angsty/depressive lyrics here."
