This review yeah, Sputnik isn't much for psytrance in general though occasionally something does good like a Shpongle thread.

Change the Formality without a doubt gives me that adrenaline rush, as does Becoming Insane. I still dig the cover art for this, too; Candice the Ghost always seemed a bit intriguing for some reason.

Friend had this as a 39x55in poster, was pretty great.

Becoming Insane bangs hard. I see why some don't consider this to be part of their classic albums but for me this is miles better than their more recent stuff at the very least. I haven't heard every album in full but based on the songs that I know I'd say that Shawarma is *probably* their last great album

First half of this album totally rocks, but the second is painfully repetitive and generic. Still, cool record.

The second half feels a bit detached from the first imo. As if it were two separate EPs that were pancaked together.

Can't listen to Heavyweight without mentally seeing the CoD4 sniper montage my friend did back then

this is weird, I like it... that album art looks so familiar to I feel an old friend had a shirt or poster of this

Probably because the same character showed up on a Seether album cover

Heavyweight is one of the greatest things I’ve ever heard. Rest of the album is fantastic as well, but holy shit that song is good
