I was always baffled when people at my jr. high would talk about how awesome vol. 3 was cuz I had already out grown them by the time Iowa came out

Slipknot's posthumous compilation falls just short of being the definitive document about the group, but constitutes a worthy release nonetheless.

They are still together, still playing and touring, and there's rumors of a new album coming out in 2013

Split into two CD's, totalling over two and a half hours, Antennas To Hell's main flaw is, in fact, exactly that: this is too much Slipknot to take in all at once. The option to include a bonus live CD is laudable, but the fact that the concert, while relevant, is not that inspired makes one wonder if this would have been better off as a single-CD package.

There's three editions of this: single disc standard edition (just disc 1), special edition (both discs) and deluxe edition (both discs and the DVD)

First thing I thought when I saw the title, like everyone else. Slipknot kids won't get it, though.

Yeah. They had some good down-tuned riffs and angry vox. Not the next Radiohead, clearly, but the band still had merit.

To save me the hassle of torrenting 5 Slipknot albums for a few tracks.
