Comes close to a 3 IMO. It's just the screaming and lack of better, more refined production that makes it a 2.5 or 2.7, coupled with its limited appeal. Overall pretty solid but not good enough to warrant a 3.

I don't see how liking this is retarded, really. The beats are pretty danceable and the lyrics are

about getting laid and partying. That's pretty much all that matters with music like this. So long as

it doesn't fall flat and the group can create catchy songs, it's all good. Besides, the band members

are chill bros, so that's a bonus.

Yeah, I guess two sentences in my review pointing out that these aren't spoiled white kids and that their sound doesn't have major label backing IS just a pity fest for these guys.



I actually WAS going for an objective vibe, which is why, despite the album accomplishing it's goal and becoming popular with the kids, I still gave it a low rating via it's limited appeal.



And hey, when it comes to the most hated music group in existence, I just couldn't pass up an opportunity to point out that critically revered bands are actually much worse and it makes more sense to hate on them, haha.
