lol, Riff is on a roll today.
Ask Tarkus, he was just nitpicking. I just didn't like this record when I listened to it like 8 months ago, so I don't know if I'd like it now.

every song is amazing apart from the title track. and i'm only saying that because it has been overplayed to buggery on british radio.

"Not really just a classic punk thing, more of I just can't like a lot of 60s-80s music because of the production. It's usually very hit or miss. Production is the main reason why I can't like a lot of older metal bands."
Honestly I've always thought this album has outstanding production, especially on songs like "Clampdown" and "Lost In The Supermarket".

Can't believe I've yet to hear this. I'm sure I'll like it when I get around to it though - I haven't met a Clash song I didn't like.

This is one of my family's most played albums. Years ago I recorded a selection of cuts from this onto cassette tape (the whole thing wouldn't fit), back to back with Nirvana's Bleach. It was the most played tape on car trips until someone stole our car radio :/
This is also on my to-review list, so I may get to it soon.
