Haha, that Sony intro works so well.

I know! I wanted to mention it in my review but I couldn't find a place to just drop it in.

great review, though i'm pretty sure it's Vlado Meller, not Vlado Miller. Also, his mastering is horrible IMO, there's clipping all over some of these tracks, as with all the albums he masters (MBDTF for example is one of the worst)

I don't like odd future much anymore, but tyler is REDICULOUSLY talented. He makes great beats, is a good rapper, writes other OF member's lyrics and beats. He directs his own music videos, and draws/creates all their artwork all that stuff The problem with him is that he has no sense of subtly or restraint. I really do feel that he could be a musical visionary. He just has to fucking grow up.
that being said, very good review

considering you review quite a bit and your reviews are good, yeah I agree you should be contributor

I always love your reviews, Gyro. I am rather crestfallen that I did not enjoy this nearly as much as you did. However, I did only give it one good listen, and I certainly did not have the lyrics at hand.
“The maid comes around too much / Parents ain’t around enough / Too many joy rides in daddy’s jaguar / Too many white lies – and white lines”
That line seriously reminds me of the Outsiders, which I love, so I'll probably love that song too. Which do you tracks do you think are best? As a note, I'd probably like the more accessible ones most.

great review per usual, but i hate the phrase "one could even say...."(virtuoso singer, etc.). i mean, one could even say anything. it sounds pretentious

I never owned a Dreamcast it wouldn't feel right

this is a big departure from nostalgia, ultra - i can feel a bit of an OF influence on this album. some songs are brilliant, others aren't great, but overall it's enjoyable

Gyro reviews were never better!

the cover art just bugs me so much for some reason. it's ridiculously cheap looking, i don't understand how he looked at that and thought it was at all aesthetically pleasing. the actual music is alright i guess, i really don't like r&b very much.

I would have to contest that this is a bit overrated. But I'm glad other people enjoyed this more than I did.

Man I disagree quite a bit; I like its simplicity.
