Well, Symbolic has better songwriting while TSoP has better riffs and more technicality and progressive-ness. So, depending on my mood, my favourite between the two will fluctuate as my ears see fit.
ITP is a great album as well, but I feel it's eclipsed by the other two, more superior of Death's works.

This album is sick. Can't find much wrong with it. Imo, SoP is NOTHING compared
to this. Can't wait to get ITP now.
