I neg'd. This review, while accurate and informative, is grammatically and syntactically awkard and as such, I do not feel that it was well-written. I hope you don't feel like I'm being a jerk, but you need to fix some pretty basic grammar errors (i.e. first sentence - "feeding" should be "feed," "better or worse" - than what?). And so on throughout the review. Many of your sentences are also syntactically awkward in that you'll mix up expected reading order.
i.e.: " However, everything found on these albums followed the same formula, a simple beat with added guitar licks that in the end were all going in the same direction."
would be more casually and easily read as:
"However, everything found on these albums followed the same formula: a simple beat with added guitar licks that all follow the same direction."
Again, not trying to be a jerk, but there's a lot in here that is grammatically and syntactically incorrect like that. It's a point to improve upon. Your content is good, though.

Shape Shifter is 13 track mostly instrumental record. Santana also took control of the production.
- This is a odd transition between thoughts
The positive aspect is that nothing here sounds as Supernatural, Shaman or All That I Am.
- Nothing here sounds (LIKE?) Supernatural...
Shape Shifter is rich in ballads, some of them being really beautiful without actually sounding cheesy.
- After the last paragraph this is not a smooth or logical followup thought. Maybe a sentence before this introducing ballads? As it stands, its a rough transition.
Congrats on the feature

Thanks for telling Atomic, at least it helps me know where I am going wrong. English is not my native tongue that's why I make such mistakes. This way, I can take care about this thing when writing my next reviews. I was pissed off because of all the negging on my last reviews without any written reason.

Well, kudos on how far along you are in the language. As someone who's dabbled in three foreign languages and mastered none of them, I would certainly say you're doing well and have a strong understanding of the language, and what I've pointed out is secondary in the language acquisition process.
At the same time, from a writing/editing perspective, it is very important to address these things prior to publication - especially if it's to be a featured piece.
For English being your second language, this is exceptional. But, no offense, it really shouldn't be a feature (mostly because people like me who aren't aware that you're writing in a non-native language will make the assumption that it's your primary language... and then we'll wonder why Sputnik's editors decided to feature such awkward writing).

Well if music creates pictures, this is mine when listening to shape shifter:
beach bar in a very touristic hotel, a lot of tourists and a geeky guitar player playing average songs for people to relax and flirt.
Completely safe music. It is not bad, just disappointing when coming from an artist as Santana.
I didn't pos'd, because i think the album is not a 3,5.

Well, I thought it was a great improvement from his last albums. By far it's not his best, but it's enjoyable.

Finally a good album from Santana since Barbollet and that's been a long time, for me this wonderful album finally showed that he can play beautiful songs with the guitar, not just commercial hits that got on your nerves or jazz soul or rnb crap from the 80s
