Thanks for featuring it, I thought you had to be a staff member for that. No. It's just that staff reviews of new releases are almost guaranteed to be featured. Next in line are Contrib reviews which have a decent chance of getting featured (provided it's a new release), and last on that list are user reviews which just going by the number posted compared to the number featured only have a slim chance.
