Really nice review, pos'd.
I'll check this out but idc what anyone says, The Art of Partying is forever my favorite crossover thrash album. I think it's mostly due to its special place in my heart but w/e.

Nice feature and an excellent review to boot. I can't say these guys do much for me but this sounds like it might be better than their past stuff.

The album is great as a whole.
Not one song stands out in any way and i think this was done on purpose, Waste wanted to move away from Massive Aggressive.

their latest albums were fun
I think this 'll be an enjoyable listen

This album is pretty forgettable, much like Massive Aggressive. Everything seemed to just run together. The only song I really remember, besides the title track, was You're Cut Off because heard them do it live right before. Municipal Waste has matured but it took a lot of the "fun" away from their last 2 albums. If you are a fan of the Waste, you'll probably like this. If you just like crossover or a good thrash album look else where.
|
| |
That's probably because Municipal Waste records are so damn average..

It's okay I guess... not really adding anything new to what DRI did years ago...
|
| |
I like Municipal Waste but they haven't really changed one iota, so if you have a MW album you pretty much have them all.

Good stuff. Very 80's sounding crossover thrash. I was never a big fan of crossover thrash, but these
guys are good because they're a lot heavier than those bands from the 80's.
