I see what you're saying, but I'm hoping that they're being a little tongue-in-cheek or whatever.

Lol. I'm sure they didn't pour their hearts into writing that message and mean for it all to be taken literally. It's humor.

Either way, they can be pretentious and have an inflated sense of accomplishment if they want, the music is still really good.

Atoma started as an underground organisation. A council of 26, financing and sending out its members to join several major riots happening worldwide during 2005–2008.

As the organisation was facing severe losses due to its violent nature, it was put “on hold” April 2009.

At that time, Atoma was also becoming a musical faction as one of its members, Ehsan K. (ex Slumber), began directing a group of dedicated musicians that now bears the name of ATOMA.

After additional listens I find myself not quite agreeing with my own review anymore.

Well firstly I've fully come to realize just how versatile it really is and how it differs from so many other releases under the post metal flag. Also I seem to return to Fallout much more than necessary and I seem eager to point out their similarities instead of how they differ, which they do at more points than how they are similar.

I'm glad someone recommended me this album. Usually I only discover albums by myself.

I'm always thankful when I discover a really great album. To me music is like a miracle and I could never take it for granted. I'm always glad when I wake up next day that all albums I have are still there even if that sounds silly to others.

I can never get enough of icy and frosty atmosphere in music no matter which genre (ambient, some post-punk, or even metal, even if it's not that often there). Here, even drums and guitar sound like they're frozen. Great to get lost in it.
