I absolulty love this album. I just got it last week, and its all that I am listening to. I can just leave it on Banana Pancakes, and let it go through. I think it will be in my CD player for a while...

Great review btw.

I dont mind Jack Johnson, his music is slow, calm and relaxing and I dont turn the radio stations over when I hear this (as most of the other stuff on the radio is crap).

In my opinion I think you rated the better songs lower. i love situations, belle, better together and definately no other way. i think the worst song that jack johnson ever did was staple it together but the rest is awesome. this is just my opinion though...

I thought i liked this guy when I first heard him, but I dislike this album more and more everyday. 'Sitting, waiting, wishing' Imo is a very overrated song.

I like the version of "Breakdown" on White People better than the version on here.

Probably already stated, but Is it just me or does every single JJ song sound exactly the same.
Say what you want and rip me to pieces. But In my opinion he has only put out one song. It's that one that goes like" duhduh-dahduh-duhduh-dahduh (then add whispered lyrics)

great, er, incredible album. Jack Jhonson isnt like other artists, being that he actually can have a 14-track album and still churn out great songs throughoutthe whole thing. My favorite are probably the first 3 songso n the album, Better Together, Never Know, and Banana Pancakes. peace

This album is a little over rated I think, but still very good.

This type of music isn't usually my cup of tea, but songs off of this are pretty catchy. And the man makes great shoes.....

A while ago I couldn't stand any Jack Johnson, but now I think he's a good artist.

My teacher played this album in class and I couldn't take it. It's just really boring to me.

Plus he butchered With My Own Two Hands, and yes I'm aware Ben played on that song but it could be a tad original.

The album is better while your trying to relax Tbh, Imo it's better for listening to at night when you want to calm down.

LOL.

I find Jack Johnson's music good when one needs to chill... or relax... or chillax.

He's not that spectacular. Kind of like a poor man's Cat Stevens. Still good though.

Jack Johnson is a great chill out kind of artist. Some nice acoustic stuff here.

I reallllly underrated Jack, and I can't agree more about his lyrics: freakin' refreshing! Maybe not on all songs, but "Crying shame" and "Never Know" are outstanding.
