It's hard for me to embrace this change after loving A&I so much. It's certainly a new direction, without the eclectic barrage of instruments and overlapping melodies. I find the vocal layers distracting, but I can see how many people will love it.

Nothing close at all to Be Calm. I believe there's a guitar solo in one song, it was about the only stand out moment for guitar on the album. Plenty of piano and fake drums though.
