You should try to keep the last paragraph for your conclusion, if you have some negative arguments
you should try to fit them into another paragraph. You also tend to place commas when you don't need
them:

Oh and when you talk about a band it should be either 'them' (as in a group) or 'it'. A band doesn't
have a gender so you can't say 'his best', it should be either 'their best' or 'its best'.
