"Devoid of the manic energy that Foxy Shazam has been known for. That energy has been replaced by a new, slow, anthemic Foxy."

This perfectly explains my 2.5 rating.

Devoid of almost everything I originally enjoyed Foxy for.

The cover hardly has anything to do with the quality of the music.

@Aphrodisiac: it's tr00. Deal with it nerd.

@SteveRogers: Never said it did. In that case Illmatic and 99% of albums with the artists themselves on the cover would suck.

This albums seems better than their self titled. But fuck. Their s/t was HORRIBLE. this is still moderately bad.

Their change in music was too extreme, and its almost like they have ditched all their fans from introducing and flamingo.

Its sad to see this happen, but in all seriousness. Fuck bands that do this shit.

I had no intention of checking this album out because i was so unimpressed with their last album, and it was kinda obvious they would never go back to their original music.

But meh, i gave it a crack. I guess this band really is dead and buried for me.

This album just rules too hard for those who don't like it.

The album is quite inconsistent. I really enjoy the first 5 tracks and The Temple. The rest is quite disappointing. Their self-titled was much better.

Introducing was for me the nice middle ground in their sound. I hated their self titled and having listened now to most of these tracks, this album is even worse for me. The sound is no longer original. They may act like they are reinventing music but in reality they are cashing in on the nostalgia low-fi fad that every other rock bad is attempting.

Sorry Foxy, you've lost me as a fan.
