Good review bro, Pos. Album is pretty gay, I might have to downgrade it again.

there is definitely some elements of modern thrash and melodeath, but really this is uninspired metalcore

Thanks Crysis haha. You might not think much of it either. I just really dig this and have all year. Procession is killer.

Review was not hilarious. I agree though, definitely not even close to thrash. Not even fucking remotely thrash.

The last album was far closer to metalcore than this one, only two or three songs at best have any clean singing. It's definitely thrash, it's just that unlike other modern thrash bands they offer more than a kitsch rehashing of things that Testament and Forbidden did in the eighties. If it didn't seem to display such blind hostility I'd complement you for a well written review but I honestly don't think you're wrong in this case.

I guess I'm the only person here who thinks this vocalist is much better than their previous one

Learn to use more paragraphs please. I like how you assume the lyrics "suck" even though you haven't checked them out. If want to trash an album that's critically acclaimed, you're gonna have to do a better job than "think Matt Heafy..in other words, gay"

I'll give you one thing though, Vektor is pretty sick.

I dont consider them the re-born of thrash metal( they are not similar to evile and other modern tharsh acts) but sylosis is a very consistent band capable to do excellent modern metal album .

I agree with you that the vocalist of conclusion of the age was a lot better ,but Josh vocal work isn't that bad ( in fact the vocal work in tracks like the kingdom of solitude and From the Edge of the Earth is very good).

Also Lyrics are very well constructed like in procession and from the edge of the earth ,they are not the best lyricists in the world but certainly they don't suck.
