Album is good but overrated. First half of the album is pretty lax, then picks up from track 5 "Inborn Evil" and finishes strong.

either way seed, this album has the riffs dude. not too many albums got more riff than this right here. album is a 4 at the least.

Yeah it's got riffs, good ones at that, but I felt the majority of the first half goes about in a lazy type of way. There aren't any major tempo changes and driving riffs that make me go "wow". I really can't listen to the first half without getting bored, it's very hard for me to sit through it.



But like mentioned above "Inborn Evil" is such a strong track. If all the tracks had the energy of Inborn Evil this would a 4.5-5/5 for me.



Listen to that track again and tell me it doesn't slay every one of the tracks before it.

which inborn evil are you talking about...theres two versions...the first pressing Inborn Evil is 1:14 long...the reissue is 4:54

I guess it's off the reissue. I don't mind being in the minority on this one. I've heard this album several times before it was reviewed and my opinion has been the same. After recent listens, it's solidified.



I enjoyed Gorement more than this as well.
