besst thing this band ever did was break up and allow the existence of funeral diner, but this album is still awesome.

Really enjoyed this review, pos'd. But I think the 'all' here might be a typo? "It's okay, all long as it is done with meaning and with purpose."

I'll correct you.

This is pretty good, The Saddest Landscape sound a lot like this.

Also, while this band was likely the first to mix screamo with the build-ups and climactic crescendos there were tons of 90's emo style bands doing stuff along those lines before.

Bands like Policy of 3, Still Life, Indian Summer, Hoover. Even some of the older Dischord era emocore bands were hinting at it in songs like Rites of Spring's "End on End", and Gray Matter's "Head".

Good review though. I have a bad draft of it on my computer that mostly consisted of me not being able to explain its importance without relying heavily on cliches.

bang yer head is too good.

so i got the discog comp, and i'd really like to know which releases the songs are from. i wanna split them up in my music player based on where they're orignally formcuz listening to a whole discog at once (esp from a band like this) is just too much to take in.

can anyone help?
