They tend to grow on you. I wasn't a big fan of Metridium Fields at first, I just thought it was cool
that the band was called Giant Squid and they had a whole song that was just a sample from Jaws.

Regardless of that, this album is amazing, and as always, a step forward to the Giant Squid guys. I'm waiting for the vinyl release to get my copy, though.

Finally gave this a serious listen. It's very good. Feels pretty dense after only a few spins. Definitely need to give it time
to sink in. Straight off though, it's a good listen.
edit: It's really good when you are chopping up a side of beef. Good carving music.
