Don't see why everyone's jizzing sooo much over this album. 1st Japan album is actually my album of the year so far - I really think SNSD are at their best when they're being cool rather than cute. Album had girl-swag and was ridiculously solid and catchy. This is more like Oh! pt. 2 - better than pt. 1 but really, I much preferred their style on their Japan album.

@Amanwithahammer - I agree, I noticed that with KPOP singer/groups their Japanese material tends to be more dark and have an tough edge compared to their Korean material. I can't stand the whole cute concept

Wow, a great album. I'm not usually one for pop music, but this is good. Why are Asians so good at music? Not that I'm complaining. It's also nice to see pop that isn't focused on a single artist (makes it much less gossipy). This album will be forever engrained in my memory, and not without reason. They are good at what they do. Very well written review.

Yes! Asian level pop, I was stunned after seeing them on Letterman. I have searched each girl online because one of them is really beautiful and I found her name to be Sooyoung. I can feel a slight obsession coming my way. Great review, pos.
