In The Woods, Grain and Soulcarvers are my favorites. The whole album is comprised of strong songs, though.

I like this. Needs several more listens before rating, though.

Man you're reviewing like once a month haha
Reviewing once a month is cool, for example, I could never see myself going on a higher rate due to several reasons except writer's block (non-native English speaker, tight schedule, enjoying life outside of Sputnik like whenever etc...)

Liking the first track, definitely in the mood for this kind of stuff right now. Also heard Fursy Teyssier is involved with this band or something which is pretty cool

By general sound this is nothing totally new, like I said it's very familiar, but these guys do have their own thing going on regardless, which makes them recognizable to me. Also, I don't quite get it how you can hate this that much, seeing as it's rather harmless ;). Oh well, too bad I guess.

wow checked some of this out today and I love it! Thanks for the review man. Introduced me to a good album that I wouldn't have wanted to miss.

Introducing cool new music (or at least music I myself like haha) to people is my goal #1 when reviewing and if I can accomplish that, it makes me happy, so I'm definitely glad you like this.

The clean vocals really get on my nerves for some reason. They did a better job on Isolation Songs.

Great review dude. It's been a few months since I've read a full review from this site haha. Anyways, the album is good but I can't really compare it to the last two cause I haven't listened to them in ages and don't really remember much from them.

Man this is awesome

No problem, Kyle.
And Pyosisified, what did I tell you about killing the vibe? Sheesh man, I think you just need to give this another go ;).

And I got the new Rwake but haven't listened yet. Hoping it'll be awesome.

aight, I've seen their previous album mentioned around quite a bit but never got to it. Oh well, maybe it's better this way if you say that one's even better, because if I don't like the new one I can always still check out that one and if I do like the new one, I should, theoretically, like the previous one even more.

No that was one of the most cliche train of thoughts I have ever written. It's just true, 's all ;)
