Really cool review Hans, you've improved a ton as a writer during your stay here and I can safely say you're way better than me at this writing thing, no matter what the sign under my username says. Would you encourage me to give this a go, taking into consideration I've never heard a The Gaslight Anthem album in my life nor do I usually listen to this kind of americana alt rock or whatever you may call it?
^ Thanks Styles. Im not sure if this would be up your alley or not. I would try the Gaslight Anthems "the 59 Sound" first, as that is Fallon's greatest work. The best song on this is "Behold the Hurricane," its worth You Tubing. Basically if you like Springsteen, you like Fallon.

For the most part I think the majority of low scores for The 59 Sound comes from non Americans. Its an album where you have to be an American to really, really appreciate. Not being xenophobic, just paying attention. Canadians too.
