Everyone's got their own favorite Neurosis records. For me, this one's a little too inconsistent to stand up next to some of their other records. Title track and Resound/Stones From The Sky are killer, but the rest...meh. (relatively speaking, of course)

I wouldn't really call this album underrated unless you shifted what that word actually means. I can't say there's a single record in Neurosis' discog that's underrated (at least in circles that appreciate this kind of music), but it's definitely not the first album most people would suggest if somebody else were to say, "I want to listen to Neurosis. Sample me some shit nawmsayin?"
