Nope. My Bran Van 3000 review sat alongside your Republic of Wolves piece (Cartographer) last year.
I have screen-caps of all my features so I know ;)

This is fucking awful

Glad this got reviewed, a few of the harder hitting tracks are great.

Maybe I'll give this a listen. Doesn't really sound up my alley, but you never know.

it's not really progressive
not like that anyway

I like how this has divided us. I like the album, I think Furstenfield is as good as he's ever been and the rest of the band is still a rock solid outfit.

^ this one's better, Sonic.

Calling You rules.
That is all.

"The Chills" is one of my favorite tracks here.

So far my favorites are The Feel Again, The Chills, Money Tree, and the title track (yeah, it grew on me)

I don't feel that this is their strongest to date.
The Answers and Consent to Treatment were intensely gripping and had way better hooks than this.

for me, I'd say this and Foiled are about equal. I give this the slight edge because it has one or two songs that beat anything on the aforementioned album

Cool review but I'll not be checking this out
