Great review! I agree that the production on this plays a great role on why this is so great. It also sounds very different to the previous one production wise. Their debut still owed a lot to the more hectic approach of 80s/early 90s rap while this has the more relaxed and flowing deep grooves typical since the mid nineties. I dig that newer style way more which is why I strongly prefer this one over the (also great) debut...
