A truly awful album really. but iguess that my opinion. i'm with the guy who gave it 1

Not a very good review in my opinion. Very fanboyish. You rated over 50% of the songs a five out of five, and that just doesn't work. At least your format is good, and there aren't any grammatical errors or spelling mistakes.

Oh, okay.
I bet if Panic! was from the sixties you'd worship them.

But that isn't a good point because the fact is AnyColour74 doesn't like them now, so why would he like them if they were from the sixties? The production on the songs would be a lot worst, and this band probably wouldn't even exist due to a mediocre live performance.
But the album is solid, there isn't really a bad track on it.

I was implying that there are numerous other facets that determine whether or not AnyColour likes a band or not. If Panic! were seen by the majority as retro and hip instead of lame pop-punk like most tend to think then I don't think he'd have any problem liking them. Or course, this is an assumption based solely on what I've witnessed thus far.
And as for mediocre live performances, what makes you say the 60's were a time of all-around star-studded libe performers?

Hendrix, The Who, Zeppelin(69 at least), The Doors, Cream, I personally would give my left nut to see any of these bands live, all from the 60s, just from word of mouth and dvd clips.
On the other hand, after seeing Panic play the vmas, I would avoid them like the plague. Or at least i wish I would've when I saw them at summerfest. I felt like running up to the stage and punching the lead singer for how bad they butchered "tonight tonight."
They're not bad, just nothing special, and not good live (unless what I witnessed was a freak occurence.
And the reason all those 60s bands are so loved are cause of boundless originality and timeless songs. If you gave Fallout Boy or the Academy is a harp, piano, or synthesizer they'd sound the same as Panic!

Do you mean Tonight Tonight by Smashing Pumpkins, if so i dont find it surprising they wouldn't dfo a good job at it.

They're live performances weren't about showiness, energy, and bravado. It was just about the music...

Yeah it was the pumpkins song.
They also had their own rendition of karma police, not horrible, but very meh.
I once again don't mind this band, but the thought of them trying to cover the bohemian rhapsody frightens me. I have a feeling that the lead singer's gonna rupture his throat trying to sound like Freddie. Or just give up and cry...

while his vocal range and sound is amazing, i dont appreciate all the GD's in this album
this band is a 1.5/5,and hawthorne heights is much better
