I think this would be the best place to start for accessibility, but you could very well end up liking If You're Feeling Sinister more.

Tigermilk is a solid 3.5 for me. I've heard it the least out of the Belle & Seb discog so I'll give it a more attentative listen when i play it next.

I would suggest picking this up first, Romulus - it's a lot more catchy and accessible, definitely their easiest album to get into, aside from The Life Pursuit.
