She has moments of greatness but gets overshadowed by whether she's inspiried or straight out steals lyrics and musical aspects by other artists. Her voice is alright when she doesn't do that melisma shit.

I'm not the biggest Beyonce fan but I really gave this album a chance. It's too ballad heavy and sounds WAY too much like a Whitney Houston album from the 90's. Suffice it to say I miss Destiny's Child.

I still don't get how Beyonce has managed to be one of THE defining singles artists of the past 20 years (Crazy in Love, Single Ladies et al.) and yet has never released one truly great album. Closest she's ever come is B Day.
