After giving this a few listens I have to say good review! I pretty much instantly liked the tracks Killing Me Inside and Make Me a Believer. While Lay Me Down, and Prove You Wrong have grown on me quite a bit.

Damn good album, wouldn't call it classic but I can listen to it over and over again.

Probably one of the best guilty pleasures of my life. Crossfade was so good in this album, that it's almost unbelievable.

2:03-2:17 of "Make Me a Believer" is one of the best music moments of this year. Reminded me so much of Chevelle too haha fuck that part made me jump right out of my chair!

I'd like another album from these guys, but they seem a little broken without a committed drummer atm. Hopefully that doesn't mean the end for them bc this album was the most promise they ever showed.

Even after three years, I come back to this and I still don't know wtf controlled is talking about (his

comment is halfway down this page). Is he replying to my comment about Chevelle? It sounds like he's talking

to two ppl at once. I'll never know what he means...=[

You really need to approach this release with an open mind. There's really no comparison to prior Crossfade releases. The songwriting and musicianship is their best and most mature, by far.

"Make Me a Believer" is such a symbolic way to end the release. Who would have expected prog (good prog) from Crossfade? They certainly made be a believer, and I'm looking forward to the next release!

damn, it's been a long time since I last listened to these guys. I remember I practically glossed over this as if it was the greatest thing on earth.

After previous releases that were cheesy af, I was really surprised with this stunning release, I've been spinning it about every month since I've come to know about it and it steal does not bore me in the least, certainly in my personal top 30 albums. coming from a melodic prog fan.

favourites are

3 - Suffocate

2 - Lay Me Down

1 - Make Me a Believer
