Hard to believe this was release in 71 seeing how it's definitely heavier than any of the earliest incarnations of the NWOBHM scene.
Another often overlooked band who had some truly heavy moments is Lucifer's Friend, specifically on their 1970 self titled debut which to me is just about as bone crushingly good as Sabbath's debut of the same year.
