Review sounds really intriguing but I have a lot of hold steady to listen to so this will have to
wait.
Also I think you are tied with meatplow with my favourite non staff/contributor reviewer.

Really don't see the appeal of this guy.

Epic Big Lebowski reference there, Inveigh.

Adam: I really don't get you saying that the beats on Oneirology are bad given that you enjoyed their earlier work. Oneirology and A Piece of Strange aren't of the same ilk, but they have similarities and the production and atmosphere of Oneirology is superb and kind of surreal/dreamy. If anything I'd think you'd dislike the lyrical delivery.

idk dude he liked the new Pharoahe Monch album and I thought it was pretty weak
so it's probably just a difference in tastes
|
| |
Yeah, I have no problem with him disliking that album, I just figured that he would have had other criticisms, because the beats are excellent to me.
|
| |
The lackadaisical flow on it bugged me too. I liked some of the ideas that they had but I don't think
that they were executed all that well. Inveigh nailed it, when it comes to hip hop I really prefer
soulful and/or jazzy beats. I can put up with shitty rapping if the beats are good, but the slow
nature of it all just puts me to sleep.

The beats are superb, in that they take the back seat and allow to allow you to see where Mac's comin' from to use the lamest expression possible.
Just put this on again, been looking forward to it all day. I'll try and pick out those lines both Hans and the Veigh'man have pointed out.

honestly Explode, you gotta get on The Original 11:11 Sessions with the quickness. as awesome as this is, I think that one's better (I bring it up because I happen to be listening to it now -- Bareknuckled Chris ftw)
I will also take this chance to shamelessly plug my review of it (where Mac actually showed up in the thread and ripped a troll -- whom I happen to know in real life -- to pieces)
