And strangely they all seem to come out of the woodwork whenever dubstep gets bought up, go figure....

well, like you said, it does share some qualities with metalcore in ways like that

Haha, true. I don't care if people listen and go "yeah, I don't like that". But what will always piss me off is "oh man, it's just wub wub wub"

if you guys honestly like dubstep then you're fucking retarded. womble womble womble you are an individual that doesnt follow trends womble womble womp womp womp

If somebody ever thinks that dubstep is just womp womp womp, then I always point them Burial's way, or James Blake for that matter.

burial's cool but i wouldn't call that dubstep.

Found this on RYM:

Pretty good dubstep, more entertaining than most dubstep due to nice "rough" parts and sometimes dnb-ish beats - basically, it really is dubstep, as opposed to a lot of artists who think that making a slow electronic song with reggae rhythm means dubstep. Anyway, there's not too much else to say: it's rather good but not too original, but as said it's cooler than most stuff of this genre. The short lenght of the release (being an EP) makes sure it doesn't even bore, so in the end, yes, this is some good dubstep. I like it.

God I hate people

lol. been digging temjin so hard lately, ill probably get this after ive digested that more. if temjin is similar enough though, this should be able to get past even the "its just wub wub wub" kids with how varied it is.
