Yeah, but I doubt it's anywhere near as boring as anything Liam has put out in the past...I don't know...decade or so?

Oasis' last album was great I thought.

I think they write more great songs then they do great albums. I think Morning Glory is their best, and I don't even think it's great.
But some of their songs...I'm not afraid to say it; Beatles quality.

I kinda really want to hear this. I mean, sure they sound like all the 60's british bands. But I love those bands! haha

Just listened to "The Roller". It's like he's not even trying to be even the slightest bit subtle in ripping off The Beatles (or more accurately, John Lennon) anymore.

^ He didn't write that one though, Gem did.
Liam wrote Bring The Light, Wigwam, The Morning Son and Beatles & Stones (shocker!). Pretty decent effort if you ask me
Good album, doesn't hold a candle on early Oasis stuff but still enjoyable, the only track I always skip is Bring The Light.. Very repetitive and should've been a minute shorter I guess. To be fair the Abbey Road live version was fun and had great energy
Uummm.. first post, so yeah.. hello

Well, if people thought Oasis seemed influenced by the Beatles, Liam has made this record a carbon copy of them.
|
