Well, just like with Kid A I think you need to give this album some time before you can judge it properly so basically what Knott said is right.

It should take more than 48hrs to figure this thing out.

Did you come up with that timeframe? You should go worldwide with it, save people making their minds up in the wrong way.

I've given it 3 listens already and it can hardly hold my attention. I've never really liked Radiohead much anyways, but I'm just sooooo bored by this.

Yep, music is very subjective. But you are supposed to be firm when writing a review. I didn't neg or pos and have yet to hear the album.

First of all, your review is more of a blog/rant than a review. Revise and clean it up a lot more . . . .

Second of all, King of Limbs definitely isn't their greatest (I'll agree with that), but it's still amazing. They're taking inspiration from minimalist electronica (which happens to be really big in UK right now). If you listen to King of Limbs and then something like James Blake, you can easily see so many similarities.

The cool part about it though, is that Radiohead have still taken that and made it completely their own. That's what's always been so genius about Radiohead. Whether they're composing completely on their own, or taking and choosing from other artists, they're still making it entirely theirs. While the inspiration for King of Limbs is evident, they don't feel like plagiarists.

Also, you think the video for Lotus is shallow? Well, have you ever seen another music video like that? Exactly.

I think the video for Lotus Flower tried to be artsy and failed hilariously but that's just me.

I think the video for Lotus Flower is being taken far too seriously.

Thom's completely ripped off my dancing style though.

I don't know or care what the music video was trying to be. The point is, it's awesome.

How you're handling yourself makes me feel bad for the positive comments, mine included.

Overreacting/rage isn't needed.

Acanthus have you actually read these 5 pages of comments? lots of rage and flaming, so I'm just playing along, seems to be the norm here. Join the party.

I've been following yes, just hitting refresh (bored and all that).

The flamming is a viscous circle, sadly the internet has a lot of people to fuel the fire.
