jones most definitely had something to prove, and i think he did a wonderful job on the end of heartache, but he started getting soft after that. had nothing to prove i guess. also, and this is going to sound weird, but when howard sings i get flashes of sesame street... like a guy who sang a song in a sesame street episode once... like, the way he sings... idk, it's a vague memory, but it pops up everytime he fucking sings:| the mind is as amazing as it is annoying. good review, by the way. this dvd rules. they're always spot-on live.

Haha thanks. I agree he's gotten softer progressively but I feel like because TEOH was my first KSE album I have a slight bias towards his time with the band. I still love AOJB and their self-titled (which I don't think gets enough praise) but when it comes the prime KSE album vocally, I would give it TEOH.

I love the one section in the documentary when it's just Adam D and the idiotic things he says to the crowd

lol totally

also awesome are the different intros he gives to When Darkness Falls

this next song is about Howard going ice skating

also, I've said it before, but I'll say it again -- ADD is better than TEOH

Right? I'm about two seconds away from throwing a 5 on this bitch, it represents the band's career really well as a whole.

I think I've seen that clip and yeah it's pretty funny. In fact I've yet to find a clip of him not being funny...

Curse.

my all-time favorite clip of Adam D was when he had a headband on with plastic forks in it and started shit-talking the audience, then when somebody would reply he would yell "FORK YOU" and throw the plastic forks at people
