Dev I'd say "not at all" is a bit of a vast understatement seeing as the two artists do in fact sound pretty damn similar.

amazing album. i still don't get the Burial comparisons though. is it just the sparse vocals and a little sub-bass that make people connect the two?



something like Clubroot sounds closer to Burial than this does.

But this doesn't sound anything like Burial at all. Like Manic said Clubroot is the obvious comparison to Burial. Zomby, Synkro, Pariah, etc. I could understand if you were talking about James Blake pre Klavierwerke, but not this. They're two completely different ends of the spectrum. I can understand that they somewhat produce a similar atmosphere, but Burial is darker and grittier. He's more garage leaning as well, there's more bounce in his beats
