Hex and The Bees Made Honey In The Lion's Skull are pretty much more of the same, but I haven't heard the whole of Hex.

I should get on that really. I need more chillout albums. Been using Kayo Dot's most recent releases lately, such wonderful soundscapes~

The first and third tracks are fucking awesome. The rest are pretty boring though. However, the whole atmosphere is enough to give this a good score. I'm interested to see if the second volume will be any different whenever it comes out.

Also review was solid and I agree with your points on why this is a worthwhile listen. Have a pos'.

A lone tumbleweed blows across this vast panorama as Clint Eastwood’s heat-distorted figure slowly emerges into view.

So much win here.

Its a good album. I hope they switch things up on the next release. They have taken this sound as far as they can take it.

The first paragraph comes across as a tad too personally introspective and rather unnecessary, but otherwise this was a solid review. Have a pos wyankief.

Haven't heard anything by these guys since Pentastar, this seems totally different, but awesome.

Hex is the best. This is quickly becoming second for me though.
