I can never tell if he actually listens to the bands he trashes because of the blanket statements. It's not like nobody ahs ever lied on the internet before.

There Death/ Grind. I listen to a lot of bands, the ones I trash and end up liking are the ones that I heard at least three songs that I didn't like. I heard the whole CD now and it's better then I gave it credit for.

The sweet thing about 12 is that they are pretty genre-less. They touch soooooo many different styles its hard to keep track of. Some of their shit is classical guitar work (Empty calm) some of it is sweet hard core(ER) and some of it is...oh yess grind core(Prada shoes, Blue dress) and if its the "A.C." i am thinking of being a whole bunch of poopy guitar chords no one is sure even exists. then that dude is sadly mistaken. there is a difference between crap and talent.

This band is truly terrible. They were lots of fun and cool on Put On Your Rosy Red Goggles with a cool spastic sound. Now its just grind modified for the scenesters. Horrible attempts at integrating death metal into their repetoire end up making them sound like all other spazzy scene bands. It's cool that you guys like them but jesus I don't see how you could like this album at all.

I don't think its pretentious really, I think its just a fun name for a fun band. They really aren't trying to be serious or anything, so a wacky title fits them perfectly.
