what has already been said sums it up, there is a shitload of awkward sentences and run-ons throughout the whole thing, even in the first paragraph. other than that it's all good.

About time someone reviewed this. I prefer Ash Borer to Fell Voices, but both bands are really good.

On this split I enjoy Ash Borer more but overall I'm a bigger fan of Fell Voices.

I'm back for a second reading! And what a read it was =)

Great job mate. Always a pleasure to see a writer listen to criticism, and then respond by going back to the drawing board, then turn in a stunning review. That's the kind of stuff that we need more of here on this site.

Have a well-deserved pos.

Another quick look over

Although both bands have been around since 2008, it wasn't truly until their touring session that took place earlier this year that Ash Borer and Fell Voices finally earned widespread appreciation.

I'd word it like "Although both Ash Borer and Fell Voices have been around since 2008, they didn't earn widespread appreciation until their tours earlier this year."

California's Fell Voices's close association with the Cascadian black

California's Fell Voices' close association

Cascadian Region's

Region's should not be capitalized here.

two fantastic tracks, Ash Borer and Fell Voices's joint effort

Ash Borer and Fell Voices' joint effort

In one fell swoop, Ash Borer's sole. untitled track

Should be a comma instead of a period.

instead creating a single, complex , track.

The second comma should be deleted.

many elements over it's length

Many elements over its length

black metal inspired melodies, amongst riffs imbued with both, unbridled, aggression and skilfully executed dissonance.

Really awkward sentence, the period after melodies shouldn't be there, and I'm not sure why unbridled is there and what you were trying to do with it.... I think you meant "black metal inspired melodies amongst riffs imbued with both unbridled aggression and skillfully executed dissonance."

melodic drone infused black metal

melodic drone-infused black metal

deliver the very best drone influenced black metal

Same thing as before.

to their advantage, Fell Voices ability to write music

to their advantage, Fell Voices' ability to write music

Using repetition to their advantage, Fell Voices ability to write music that is played over an achingly long period of time but still somehow remains interesting and relevant throughout, has evolved even further from the skill they displayed on their last album.

I think you could word this a lot simpler.

stands as irrefutable proof to their immense talents each of these bands possess.

I would word it as "stands as irrefutable proof of the immense talent these bands possess."

just enough in common to perfectly accompany each other comfortably

Choose either perfectly or comfortably, you don't need both.

Definitely agree with this, well said.

Asher Borer's 09 Demo is really really good so I'll probably look into this even though I don't like splits

Thanks Irving it's appreciated. Kyle I'll edit that stuff now, I'm not quite sure why I keep missing stuff everytime I edit this, but thanks for pointing all that stuff out.
