i think this album really sucks. Coldplay's strongest songs were always the ones like Evrything's Not Lost. in X&Y they just seem to be aiming for more stadium anthems, or more of the same as before. even Fix You (the only stand out point) was inspired by the infinitely better Grace under Pressure by Elbow. i thought Takk... came out after X&Y, so why the whole Glosoli thing??

Ha. I love it. Finally someone understands my philosophy
Also, not a criticism, but you might try reviewing an album that hasn't been done a few times before. All your reviews I've read have been done at least once before. :-
I dont have anything that hasnt been reviewed before....

I just heard Talk is the latest single for this.
Prediction: It wont be a hit.

Yo, Official, if there isn't anything left to be reviewed, try buying something people haven't reviewed? Or at least be more openminded about music in general, b/c some comments of yours that I've read on the site made me cringe...

What Are you talking about? Look buddy if I like popular music, then Im going to review it. I have no idea when I became the bad guy on this site that all the newbies wanna take down, but let them come. My White Stripes review will be my last for a while. This Message Edited On 12.10.05

Unfortuneately I only have stuff already reviewed...If I had something no one's ever heard of, Id do it, but I dont. I dont think it should be something worth prosecuting.

Very average album from an otherwise brilliant band
I didn't like the review though...sorry

your final rating of "great" seems inconsistent with what you said about the album. Anway, Coldplay are the most restlessly boring band ever, which isn't a surprise judging by their U2 influences. I can't believe Speed of Sound or Fix You didn't instantly end their career. Krazy kids.
