Could use more exposure for sure.

This is definitely a grower, but there are so many nuances throughout the record to warrant repeated listens.

My top three would probably be "UNKLE Main Title Theme", "Bloodstain" and "Rabbit In Your Headlights".

got this yesterday, good stuff.

Probably one of my favorite things about the album is how intertwined everything is everything else. "The Knock (Drums Of Death, Pt. 2)" is probably one of the weaker songs on the album. However, when I found out that they actually sampled Mike D's vocals on "UNKLE Main Title Theme", and how the "Breather" portion of "Nursery Rhyme" has that same hip-hop feel to it as "The Knock (Drums Of Death, Pt. 2)" does. So you already have bits of the song ingrained into you even hear it in its entirety.

This album is genius.

We will bump this thread till people catch on.

I definitely have. Wouldn't have felt right making that reference in the review if I haven't. I need to revisit Tobin's catalogue. I love his, and Shadow's, drum programming ability.

Get it, get it. And let me know if you pick up on any of the nuances I threw in there. There are a few.

I have not, actually. "Psyence Fiction" was one of my first electronic records, and for a while I looked everywhere trying to find something similar. I never could and I got discouraged with the genre for a bit. I'm much more open-minded now, though. What's it sound like?

I read the review for the album, and saw a Burial reference. The way you describe it... I will listen ASAP.
