God fucking damnit Kanye. You just had to release this album around the same time Cudi and Cee-Lo Green dropped new albums? God damnit man, that's two amazing albums that are now going to be utterly overshadowed. And it sucks even more because I'm listening to this right now and it's ridiculously good.



Kanye West you fucking asshole, you were supposed to spiral into a pit of neverending suck after the huge misstep that was 808s and Heartbreaks, but instead you make this. I don't even know what to fucking CALL this album genre-wise. It's so much more than hip-hop.

This is an undeniably great album and definitely Kanye's shining moment. But it's a little bloated in spots and some tracks could be shorter, and let's get rid of Jay-Z while we're at it and it would have been a little bit better too

Well Jay-Z's not horrible on here but in general he's a shadow of his former self and he still doesn't try at all. His spot on Monster is just there to be there IMO although he's solid on So Appalled. But the insane amount of guest spots kinda irks me, especially on that particular song. Get rid of Swizz, RZA and Prynce Cy Hi and it would be the same awesome track without the annoying hype shouts. It's leaning on a strong 4 for me easy though.
