Yeah, it's a real shame. This is as good as any beatles record, that's for sure.

lfg aint it amazing. when i was getting back into this last year for the first time in like a decade high as a kite that song had me weeping from how sick it is

he has some other cool stuff after wings but yeah that band pendulums between easy listening background noise to obnoxiously sloppily written material

I have always detested Wings with enough of a passion that I just didn't bother with any of his other solo stuff so I'm annoyed that this is actually fantastic

Temporary Secretary is a classic but that's about all I know of his post Wings shit

wait okay lmao if you already fuck with temporary secretary you should definitely hit mccartney ii because, despite being an utter mess, a good majority of that album whips. most importantly, peep the 10 minute outtake secret friend which is absolutely insane and the best thing he did after wings

as far as like, later later stuff goes, electric arguments rules. thats a collab w the killing joke bassist

gave Macca II a listen today, that shit is nuts. will probably need a few more spins to decide how much in a good or bad way but I did enjoy it. Summer Day Song is absolutely gorgeous and yeah that Secret Friend b-side... wew

not to keep harping on them but it is absolutely insane that that album and this are the bookends to Wings' career lmfao, dude was really repressing his weirdo instincts
