Brad and this lineup have produced such excellent, underrated music over the years. Shawn Smith's voice and songwriting talent i feel are untouched in some ways. Totally deserves more recognition

Yeah. Shawn Smith is definitely one of my favorite singers. It's mind-boggling how obscure his music is.

I know. Have you heard that song 'Walk In Freedom' on the Strange Days movie soundtrack? first song that made me take notice of Satchel. Before that, i'd only heard a few of Brad's stuff in the 90s.

^ Pretty smooth. Sounds like it could've been a cut whilst recording The Family

Both this song and movie are great. Brad is also a solid band. They've released a new album this year, which is quite cool.

Shawn's vocals and the lead guitar (Which i think might also be Shawns) on that track sounds beautiful. And caught Brad perform a song from that album a few months ago on Jimmy Fallon. Was pretty stoked. I do need to jump back on the Shawn Smith wagon and start listening to this new stuff
